A company that specialises in handcrafted patisserie products were looking to expand their operations due to rapid growth.
Project & Specification
Our brief was to maximize the freezer space and to link the existing building to the newly acquired premises next door.
In conjunction with a local refrigeration company (SK Heating) we installed a Freezer Coldroom at 18m x 11m x 6m high together with a very high spec rapid rise door. Alongside this we also installed a Chiller and a Cleanroom to link the buildings and incorporate their existing freezer that we installed for them a few years earlier.
The client has been so pleased with the project that they allow us to showcase the project to other prospective clients.
